Admission to the undergraduate LICENSURE studies is conducted through a competition based on:
- MOTIVATIONAL ESSAY – evaluated as pass/fail and written in:
- Romanian, for programs taught in Romanian;
- English, for the Marketing program taught in English;
- Romanian and English, if you apply for both the Romanian-taught and English-taught Marketing programs.
Candidates will upload on the platform www.admitere.ase.ro the motivational essay(s) regarding their choice of ASE and the study program (first option), dated, signed, and scanned/photographed.
- LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY TEST, taken online (graded pass/fail) for candidates opting for the Marketing program taught in English. Exceptions apply to candidates who upload on the admission platform one of the language proficiency certificates recognized by ASE or those who have completed their high school studies entirely in English, as well as bilingual accredited programs.
- GENERAL ADMISSION AVERAGE calculated as a weighted average of 70% from the baccalaureate exam score and 30% from the high school years' average grades.
Ranking of candidates, who have passed the motivational essay and, if applicable, the language proficiency test, is based on the general admission average and the order of preferences specified by the candidate on the platform admitere.ase.ro!
The status of being a budget-funded or tuition-paying student is updated after the first semester of the first year and annually, depending on university performance!
Candidates must regularly check the platform admitere.ase.ro and their personal email address, provided during the registration process, to stay updated on their status and the steps they need to follow during the admission stages!

Marketing, as a branch of economic sciences, includes a set of methods, techniques, and tools through which an organization, regardless of its profile, researches the environment in which it operates (marketing research), sets objectives and strategies to achieve them (strategic marketing planning), designs and executes operational activities (marketing programs) to maximize profit and meet societal needs. This set of methods, techniques, and tools is the subject of university courses, included in the curriculum, through which students acquire competencies and skills that grant them, upon graduation, the status of marketing specialists, referred to in the specialized literature as marketers. Undergraduate studies ensure fundamental training with a pronounced practical character, enabling graduates to perform diverse marketing activities, such as interview operator, merchandiser, sales, customer relations, advertising, public relations, etc.
