CEMARK is established as a research organization within the Bucharest University of Economic Studies (ASE). Its activities primarily target businesses operating in domestic and international markets, marketing specialists in public and private institutions, small and medium-sized enterprises, non-governmental organizations, political organizations and parties, and all those interested in marketing.

Activity

Funded scientific research activities are carried out through programs, subprograms, research-development topics, and activities included, as applicable, in:

• National scientific research programs, as well as their management, funded by the National Agency for Science, Technology, and Innovation
• Scientific research programs funded by the Ministry of Education and Research, through the National Council for Scientific Research in Higher Education
• Scientific research and consultancy projects contracted with commercial companies, governmental, and non-governmental organizations
• Institutional programs coordinated by the Senate Office of the Bucharest University of Economic Studies and funded from internal resources
• Institutional programs coordinated by the Department of Economic Research of ASE Bucharest
• Departmental programs coordinated by departments and faculties, which also include funded individual research.

To ensure high-performance research activities, CEMARK has human resources with extensive experience in marketing, both conceptually and practically, suitable facilities, modern audio-video equipment, Internet access, a commercial and marketing database regarding the Romanian market and international markets.
