Center for Fundamental and Applied Research in Marketing

CEMARK is  the research  center of the Bucharest Marketing School within the Bucharest University of Economic Studies (ASE) dedicated to advancing scientific and applied knowledge in the field of marketingIts activities  target businesses operating in domestic and international markets, marketing  professionals  across public and private institutions, small and medium-sized enterprises, non-governmental organizations, political organizations and institutions , and all  stakeholders interested in marketing research and practice.

Research Activity

CEMARK conducts funded scientific research activities  through programs, subprograms, research-development topics, and activities included, as applicable, in:

• National scientific research programs, as well as their management, funded by the National Agency for Science, Technology, and Innovation
• Scientific research programs funded by the Ministry of Education and Research, through the National Council for Scientific Research in Higher Education
• Scientific research and consultancy projects contracted with commercial , governmental, and non-governmental organizations
• Institutional programs coordinated by the Senate Office of the Bucharest University of Economic Studies and funded from internal resources
•  Programs  led by the Department of Economic Research of ASE Bucharest
• Departmental programs coordinated by departments and faculties, which also include funded individual research.

To ensure high-level research performance , CEMARK benefits from  human resources with extensive conceptual and practical  expertise in marketing,   dedicated research facilities, modern audio-video equipment, Internet access, a commercial and marketing database   on Romanian market and international markets.
