Internship Program – Market Research / Business Consultancy

Join us to gain valuable experience in marketing research, consultancy and market analysis!

Our task is to teach participants of the program how one of the most important research companies in Romania operates internally.
The internship program lasts between 3 and 6 months and covers theoretical and practical training introducing to the culture and unique nature of work in Kantar Romania research company.
During the internship program, based on the needs and interests of the participants, trainees will also learn the basics of marketing research, become familiar with the techniques and tools of quantitative research, receive training in the practical use of MS Office tools in the work of the researcher, coding, data visualization and the principles of conducting and using marketing research.
Once the internship program has been completed, the selected participants will be offered a job in research teams at Kantar Romania.

What will you do during the traineeship program?
During the traineeship program the participants will have an opportunity of practical implementation of research projects at various stages in one of selected research teams.
Being part of a research team will allow the participants to really get to know the nature of marketing research, Kantar Romania’s clients and their needs, and the overall process of implementing a marketing project.

• Creating the marketing research reports using PowerPoint
• Creating the templates for reports
• Creating info graphs
• Preparing the data using Excel
• Building Excel Toplines
• Supporting the internal teams
•Translating questionnaires (RO – EN)
• Working with tools and solutions globally and locally developed
• Working with internal colleagues to answer client’s central business question
